This Privacy Policy describes how Future AI Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent developer based in India, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the DreamLook mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
DreamLook is an AI-powered hairstyle and style visualization app. We designed it to work without requiring an account — you use the App in anonymous guest mode. We collect only the minimal data needed to operate the App, process your AI generations, manage subscriptions, and improve stability.
DreamLook's AI features transform a photo you choose from your library or capture with the camera. Because these photos are often selfies, they may contain an image of your face ("face data"). Here is exactly how that photo and any face data it contains are handled:
Used only to create your result. Your photo is used solely to generate the AI image you request (for example, a new hairstyle or hair color). It is used for no other purpose.
Encrypted transmission. Your photo is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) to our processing server and to our third-party AI processor (Replicate) only to generate your result.
Deleted immediately. Your photo is processed transiently and is deleted immediately after your result is generated. We keep no copy of your uploaded photo or the face data it contains.
Never used to train AI models.
Never used for advertising, marketing, or to identify you, and never sold. We never transfer, share, or sell your photo or face data to advertising platforms, analytics providers, data brokers, or information resellers.
Not shared with any third party other than our AI processing provider (Replicate) and the AI models it hosts on our behalf (see Section 4, "AI models used"), and only to generate your result. Replicate deletes data processed through its API shortly after execution.
Our processors are contractually limited. We require our service providers to use your photo and any face data it contains only to the limited extent you have consented to — solely to generate the result you requested — and in accordance with this policy.
No faceprints or facial recognition. We do not create facial-recognition templates or "faceprints," we do not attempt to recognize, identify, or authenticate who you are, we do not build user profiles from face data, and we do not use Apple's TrueDepth or ARKit facial-geometry data.
Only the photo you choose. We process only the specific photo you select or capture for a generation. We never access or upload your photo library.
Generated results are saved locally on your device (and to your photo library only when you choose Save).
Exception — reported images: if you choose to report a generated image as inappropriate or low quality, that generated result image (not your original uploaded photo) is transmitted to us together with your anonymous device identifier and your selected reason, and is retained only as long as needed for our team to review the report, after which it is deleted.
We generate a random, anonymous device identifier to operate the App without an account. We may also collect basic device information such as device model, operating system version, and screen size. This identifier is used to manage your generation limits and subscription status. It is not linked to your name, email address, or any real-world identity — we never collect those.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store). Our subscription partner, RevenueCat, processes and manages transaction data on our behalf. We receive purchase status information (e.g., whether a subscription is active) associated with the anonymous device identifier. We never receive or store your payment credentials, card numbers, or billing details.
Google Analytics for Firebase — anonymized usage events (e.g., which features are used) to help us understand how the App is used and improve it.
Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports, error logs, and diagnostic information to identify and fix technical issues.
This data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
We use the information described above to:
generate your requested AI images;
enforce fair-use generation limits;
provide and restore subscription entitlements;
diagnose crashes and improve App stability and performance;
understand aggregate feature usage to improve the App;
comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

We require each of these providers to process your data only for the purposes described above and in accordance with this policy.
AI processing is performed through Replicate, which hosts the third-party AI models that generate your results on our behalf. The models currently used include OpenAI GPT Image 2 and Google Gemini, for AI image generation and for the style and analysis reports the App produces. The specific models may change over time as we improve the App.
These model providers act as processors: they receive your photo only to generate the result you requested, and we do not permit them to use your photo, or any face data it contains, for any other purpose — including training or improving their models, advertising, marketing, or identifying you. Your photo is deleted after your result is generated and is not retained by us.
The App contains no advertising. It includes no advertising SDK, displays no ads, performs no ad tracking, and does not use your data — including your photos or any face data — for advertising or marketing purposes.
Photos & face data: processed transiently; your uploaded photo (including any face data it contains) is deleted immediately after your result is generated and is not retained on our servers. Our AI processor (Replicate) deletes data processed through its API shortly after execution.
Reported images: if you report a generated image, that image is retained while we review the report, then deleted.
Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for Firebase for up to 14 months.
Crash data: retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days.
Purchase/entitlement data: retained by RevenueCat while needed to service your subscription.
Anonymous device identifier and generation counts: retained while the App is installed and as needed to enforce fair-use limits.
You can request deletion of data associated with your anonymous device identifier at any time by emailing support@futureaiapps.com. Because the App does not use accounts, please contact us from the device in question or include any information shown in the App's settings that can help us locate your data. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data, including saved results.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all network communication and Firebase App Check to ensure only genuine App instances can access our services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures.
DreamLook is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at support@futureaiapps.com.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access the data we hold in connection with your device identifier;
Correct inaccurate data;
Delete your data (see Section 7);
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (including your consent to process photos and face data). If you withdraw consent, we will promptly stop the related processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@futureaiapps.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (providing the App and generating your requested images), legitimate interests (app stability, security, and fraud prevention), and consent. Where face data is treated as a special category of personal data, our legal basis for processing it is your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR, which you give on the in-app consent screen before your first generation and may withdraw at any time. You additionally have the rights to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. Our service providers (including Google, RevenueCat, and Replicate) may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses implemented by these providers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
