Welcome to DreamLook. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DreamLook mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by Future AI Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent developer based in India. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
DreamLook is an AI-powered visualization tool that lets you preview hairstyles, hair colors, and related style transformations on your own photos. AI processing is performed using third-party artificial intelligence technology (including the Replicate API) accessed through our secure servers. The App and all results are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, realism, or quality of any generated image.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
The App offers optional auto-renewable premium subscriptions ("DreamLook PRO") that unlock unlimited AI generations and premium features.

Available plans: Weekly (1 week) and Annual (1 year)
Price: The price of each plan is clearly displayed within the App at the time of purchase, in your local currency.
Billing. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Account Settings on the App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Free Trial & Introductory Offers. DreamLook PRO may offer a 3-day free trial or a discounted introductory price for the first billing period; the introductory price and its duration are displayed in the App at the time of purchase, and the subscription renews at the standard plan price thereafter. You will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trials are limited to one per user. Fair-use limits on the number of AI generations per day may apply during the trial period.
Price changes. If subscription prices change, we will notify you as required by the applicable app store. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All purchases are final to the extent permitted by law. Payments are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under its own policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support (reportaproblem.apple.com) directly. We are unable to process refunds ourselves.
You retain full ownership of the photos you select, capture, or upload ("User Content"). By submitting a photo for processing, you grant us a limited, temporary, non-exclusive, revocable license to transmit and process that photo solely to generate your requested result and, if you submit a content report, to store and review the reported image for safety and moderation purposes. Your photos are processed transiently and are not stored on our servers after processing completes and are never used to train AI models. You are solely responsible for your User Content and must have the right to use any photo you submit. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The App, including its design, code, branding, style catalog, and all content other than User Content, is and remains the exclusive property of Future AI Studio and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree that you will NOT:
Upload photos of any person without their consent, or photos you do not have the right to use;
Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material;
Use the App to create content that is deceptive, harassing, or violates the rights of others;
Attempt to circumvent security measures, subscription requirements, or usage limits;
Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the App;
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
All generated images are AI-created approximations intended for entertainment and visualization purposes only. Results may differ significantly from how a hairstyle, color, or look would appear in reality. We recommend consulting a professional stylist before making any actual styling decisions. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTURE AI STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US THROUGH THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Future AI Studio from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6–12) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us and negotiating in good faith for at least 30 days. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
The App relies on third-party services, including the Replicate API (AI processing), Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, storage of reported images, and app integrity), and RevenueCat (subscription management). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their performance, availability, or acts or omissions.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
Parties. These Terms are an agreement between you and Future AI Studio only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Future AI Studio, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
License scope. The license granted to you is a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service (except as permitted for Family Sharing).
Maintenance & support. Future AI Studio, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
Warranty. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
Product claims. Future AI Studio, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including (i) product liability claims, (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Intellectual property claims. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Future AI Studio, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
Legal Compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
The App contains no advertising. It includes no advertising SDK, displays no third-party ads, and does not use your data — including your photos or any face data — for advertising or marketing purposes.
We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Future AI Studio regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
